Boy Scouts Donate Proceeds from Can Drive

Lou Salute, Scout Executive with the Connecticut Yankee Council, Boy Scouts of America, presented a check for $4,374.34 to Habitat Executive Director Bill Casey on July 27. The funds were the result of a very successful can drive undertaken by the Scouts in the past year. The entire sum will be used to purchase materials and tools for Habitat homebuilding projects.
