390 Gilbert Avenue Homebuyer Packet

2012 Income Limits Based on HUD Income Guidelines (390 Gilbert Avenue only)

Geographical preference will be given to current Hamden residents.

The following must be submitted to the Habitat office no later than 4:00pm on Friday, February 17, 2012. (Applications received after this time will not be accepted. Postmarks will not be considered. Forms and copies will not be returned.)

  • Certification & Authorization Form
  • Pre-Application Form
  • The two most recent pay stubs from each employer for Applicant and Co-Applicant
  • Copies of the first two pages of Applicant’s and Co-Applicant’s 1040 Tax Forms for the two most recent years (if you have not yet filed your taxes for 2011, you may submit returns for 2009 and 2010)
  • Check or money order for each homebuyer applicant made out to “Habitat for Humanity of Greater New Haven” for a credit report (bounced checks will result in rejection of the Pre-Application)

Estimated completion date for 390 Gilbert Avenue is late spring.
