- New Volunteer & Summer High School Student Application (NEW!!! Volunteers can now apply on line.)
- 2012 Waiver of Liability Form (for adults & youth under 18)–NEW VERSION!!!–This form can be used by adult and youth (under age 18) volunteers. Volunteers younger than 18 must have the form co-signed by a parent or guardian.
Liability waivers must be completed and submitted once per calendar year.
