Homeownership Program Presentation and Applications Available from June 10-21, 2024

Habitat for Humanity of Greater New Haven offers a Homeownership Program that will prepare individuals and families to purchase their first home. Some members of the Homeownership Program may choose to purchase a home with Habitat for Humanity but you will also be introduced to other agencies and resources that can help you on your homebuying journey.

Please note that your application is for participation in the Homeownership Program, it is not an application for a mortgage on any Habitat home. Acceptance into the Homeownership Program does not guarantee that you will purchase a home from our organization.

Click to review the presentation on the Homeownership Program in English or in Spanish.

The application will be available in a link within the presentation.

Please pay careful attention to the program requirements and fully review the presentation.

You can find more information about the Homeownership Program on our website and in these FAQs.

Applications are available through June 21.

All completed applications must be submitted to our office at 37 Union Street, New Haven by June 26 at 5 p.m.
