Habitat for Humanity of Greater New Haven is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the elimination of poverty housing through the creation of home ownership opportunities for low-income working families. Habitat builds and rehabilitates homes in the Greater New Haven area with the goal of creating safe, decent, affordable houses that add to the revitalization of New Haven’s neighborhoods. Habitat accomplishes its mission by partnering with individuals, religious and civic organizations, local businesses and corporations.

The ReStore is a donation based retail store open to the general public. All proceeds from the ReStore benefit Habitat for Humanity of Greater New Haven. Your dollars fund the building of Habitat homes in New Haven County.

Dedication of 211 Rosette Street: July 18 at 3 p.m.

All are invited to celebrate the dedication of 211 Rosette Street with Habitat homebuyer Hewad and his family on Saturday, July 18 at 3:00 p.m.

We cannot wait to welcome you to our first newly constructed five bedroom home. Special thanks to community build Sleeping Giant Build for sponsoring this house and to all of the volunteers and donors who made contruction possible.
